“Here is the background story of going the extra mile in 2020-2021”
Due to the outbreak of Covid19, all healthcare staffs were working tirelessly day-in-day-out to support patients, under tremendous pressure, catering to emergencies, reduced break time, almost no leaves and their stress was also building up due to the health risk associated due to the exposure for them and their families.
We designed and delivered a game-based program called “Fun & Bonding” to help all staffs completely destress and have fun during the course of the program.
This was our way to give back to the covid warrior who were working to support each one of us, day in day out without caring about their wellbeing.
We covered 179 staffs over 3months and received Excellent Feedback for each of our program which made us standout as an L&D Organization doing exemplary work and getting recognized by the IAF as the “Emerging Company, 2020-2021”
