As organizations start setting their goals and cascading it to the bottom line and want them to start working towards it!

A gentle reminder to check and help in devising the personal/ professional goals of their employees as well which is in turn linked to the organization’s goal.

Unless individuals see some value for themselves, they wouldn’t have the drive to acheive the goals no matter how long they have been in the organization.
