Reflecting at the 1st student of my life who was a lady in her mid 40s while I was 18, that’s when my journey as a trainer began at an English Language Institute.
I remember how keen she was to read, write and speak in English, to be able to teach her daughter and be a part of her social circle. I started right from holding her hand, teaching her to write alphabets to helping her construct sentences. She was able to construct a grammatically correct sentence after 1.5months of robust training.
She made me believe that I can train people of any age group. There was no looking back since then. I always thank her from the bottom of my heart for making me believe in the path I had chosen for myself! She was the one who helped me realise and believe in my potential and my goal of being a trainer/ facilitator. 😊
