Ever missed taking a turn while driving? What do you do in that case?

Sulk, get angry and blame others or look for alternate ways to get to the destination and redirect self?

Have you ever seen a toddler walk for the first time?

He / she tries to walk, falls repeatedly. What do the parents do at that time? Encourage and redirect the child!

As adults, specially as leaders and managers we must remember to “redirect” our team when we see them going in another direction.

Sulking, blaming, anger doesn’t help. In fact it takes away productive time and harms the relationship.
