Staying Relevant is the need of the hour!
How do you ensure you stay relevant and continue adding value to people’s lives?
Here are 3 most important things I learnt from various business leaders who I had the opportunity to work with in the recent past:
1. Stay Visible & Network- Out of sight is literally out of mind. If you aren’t visible, you may not exist. For people to see the value, the expertise, the relevance, they have to see you out there first!
2. Upgrade & Upskill – Invest in learning, strengthen your knowledge, pick up a course, read, learn and apply the knowledge and enhance your skills
3. Be Solution Oriented- Most people talk about problems, only a few focus on solutions. We reach out to people when we feel they can directly solve the issue or can have us connected to someone who can. Such people always remain relevant for us.
