Top 3 behavioral triggers that can impact your organisation in a negative way

I’m sure you would have come across different kind of employees- Performers, Average Performers and Non-Performers. While it’s easy to point out issues with performance and track productivity it’s quite difficult to point out poor attitude reflecting in behavior and impacting overall productivity or performance.
Before we start talking about the different types behavioral triggers that can impact your organisation, it’s imperative to think over this fact that most of the employees join any organization with a positive attitude and are open to learn and develop themselves. As they grow in tenure, the level of excitement, responses and zeal slows down unless they are enjoying and connected to what they do. This is where you as a manager or business owner steps in. Also, if the office culture doesn’t have effective employee engagement activities in all possibilities the employees tend to feel stagnated. A strong HR engagement system and manager’s culture development and constant interaction and accountability can take care of most of the behavioral problems.
It is the day on day behavior of the employees that will make you understand their state of mind and how connected the employee is to the organization. You will get to know only if you are in regular touch with them through meetings, 1-1s, email or any other channel of communication.
